A Part 107 license, officially known as the Remote Pilot Certificate is a certificate from the FAA required to fly drones for any commercial, business, or non-recreation purpose in the United States.
The Remote Pilot In Charge (RPIC) has all the responsibility and authority over a flight. He/she will determine if it is safe to fly based on weather, location and FAA authorizations (if applicable). There are no fees associated with these assessments or decisions, but they are critical to safe and legal flight.
HoverlyNJ will never violate anyone’s right to privacy. The customer must have ownership or show verifiable permission to access property for a flight.
No drone can see underneath or through solid objects or other obstructions that might conceal the target location. These and other concerns will be discussed prior to flight.
